The physical demands of the role include standing for long periods, working in a hot kitchen environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. Panda offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour, with actual pay determined based on multiple factors including location and experience.
