Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving food
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food needs, check production and maintain records
- Perform significant walking or other mobility tasks
- Walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
- Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, lifting, pushing or pulling
- Attend work punctually and maintain regular attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
