Job Duties
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to CACFP and program requirements
- manage food safety and sanitation in compliance with ServSafe and allergen certifications
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- accommodate special dietary and allergy needs
- maintain accurate records of food preparation and consumption
- follow all health and safety regulations
