Job Duties
- Cook assigned menu items including meats, vegetables, pasta and salads
- multi-task and work efficiently to maintain stock
- read menus to prepare food accurately and timely before opening
- maintain professional image and follow uniform standards
- keep assigned areas clean and organized
- wash dishes as necessary
- assist in preparation and closing in all kitchen areas
