Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handlers Permit required
- 1-3 years of food service or restaurant experience
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with ASM Global dress code
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Culinary certification or degree preferred
- 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
- Food Handlers Permit as required by Lincoln-Lancaster Health Department
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow instructions
- Understanding of sanitation and hygiene
- Positive attitude and neat appearance
Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef by maintaining food quality and presentation
- Prepare ingredients including chopping, peeling, and cutting meats
- Execute recipes accurately with precise measurements
- Ensure proper storage of food items with correct receive dates
- Handle raw and prepared foods and supplies safely
- Maintain sanitary kitchen conditions including washing dishes and cleaning
- Comply with safety regulations and ASM Global dress code
