We are currently seeking a full-time Cook to join the team at the Phoebe Richland location in Richlandtown, Pennsylvania within the Healthcare segment. This position offers onsite work with a competitive starting pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on relevant experience. As a Cook for Cura Hospitality, you will be part of a motivated, energetic kitchen staff preparing high-quality, scratch-cooked meals in a fast-paced and efficient environment. The role emphasizes quality food preparation, portion control, and creative presentation while strictly following safe food handling policies and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.
This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of culinary experience working in a high-volume, quality-focused establishment and who are passionate about food service and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to use a variety of kitchen tools and equipment and will need excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment. - At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
- working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
