The cook also supports team members across other roles when needed, showcasing teamwork and flexibility. Process compliance is critical; cooks must master Wingstop’s operational protocols, including safe food handling, fryer maintenance, and precise timing to ensure every order is perfect. The role often includes opening and closing responsibilities, involvement in chemical cleaning processes, and maintaining both the kitchen and dining areas to company standards.
