Candidates with prior experience in a skilled nursing facility are preferred but not required, as Golden Palms values passion and commitment alongside experience. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping people and want to make a meaningful difference in a remarkable healthcare environment.

Golden Palms also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans, 401(k), employee discounts, and opportunities for professional growth.
