Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
- inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
