Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to practice proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Must be able to focus in a calm, efficient manner
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and timelines with urgency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Some hospitality experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day-to-day
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including food preparation
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Handle customer orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work well with team members and support the Wingstop team
  • Practice safe cooking procedures and follow safe handling guidelines
  • Clean and stage the interior and exterior of the restaurant according to standards
