Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
- Operate a grill station and prepare food for a la carte service
- Attend work punctually and with consistent regularity
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist in reducing food waste by using ingredients efficiently
