Job Requirements

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in food preparation or a similar culinary role beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Operate a grill station and prepare food for a la carte service
  • Attend work punctually and with consistent regularity
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Assist in reducing food waste by using ingredients efficiently
  • Perform other duties assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
