Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Possess a warm, friendly, and positive attitude
  • Prior hotel experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team and report to Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Prepare menu items consistently and efficiently
  • Comply with sanitation and health regulations
  • Assist in inventory and stock management
