Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess a warm, friendly, and positive attitude
- Prior hotel experience is a plus

- Combination of education and relevant culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals to high standards
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor that reflects company culture

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team and report to Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Prepare menu items consistently and efficiently
- Comply with sanitation and health regulations
- Assist in inventory and stock management
