Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods in a kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable transportation to and from the Paris, TX location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chili's recipes and standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Participate in training programs and development opportunities
- Provide support during busy periods and assist in other kitchen duties as needed
