Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for long periods in a kitchen environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Reliable transportation to and from the Paris, TX location
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Previous cooking experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to Chili's recipes and standards
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
Participate in training programs and development opportunities
Provide support during busy periods and assist in other kitchen duties as needed
