Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate clearly
- physical ability to stand and move for long periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must be able to work with cleaning supplies and disinfectants
- willingness to wear protective face coverings throughout the shift
- availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cooking or kitchen experience is an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to quality and food safety standards
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- follow health and safety regulations including wearing protective equipment
- assist in inventory control and stock rotation
- contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues
- handle food safely and adhere to portion controls
