These perks include birthday and anniversary paid time off (PTO), tuition assistance, double pay on holidays, and PTO accrual from day one of employment. Other incentives involve referral bonuses, free meals during shifts (saving up to $260), loyalty incentives, and employee recognition programs. Additionally, team members receive discounts through major carriers like Verizon and AT&T, access to a pay advance program, and a robust medical benefits package encompassing prescription drug coverage, dental, and vision insurance. Furthermore, Dial provides basic term life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and flexible spending accounts for dependent care. This extensive suite of benefits reflects Dial's commitment to supporting its staff in both their professional and personal lives.

This food preparation role is integral to Dial’s mission of improving the quality of life for each resident through excellent nutrition and attentive service. Candidates will find a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and learning. The position also offers a chance to be part of a close-knit community where the focus is on respect, care, and continuous improvement. Dial values safety, teamwork, and a genuine concern for residents' happiness and health, making it an ideal workplace for those passionate about senior care and culinary arts.
