Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- ability to wear protective hand and face coverings
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cooking or food preparation experience is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- physical ability to perform job duties
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- assist in inventory control and stock management
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- follow all health and safety regulations
- ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards
- participate in training and development sessions
