Job Duties
- Prepares and serves palatable, nourishing, well-balanced diets to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of each resident
- assists in dishwashing operation and cleaning tasks
- ensures safe food handling practices are always followed
- maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- complies with all health and safety regulations
- monitors food storage and proper labeling
- collaborates with dietary staff and healthcare providers to accommodate dietary restrictions
