Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- strong attention to detail and safety
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and ovens
- no driving required
- availability to work flexible hours
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to follow company standards and procedures
- basic computer skills such as using internet and MS Word
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- adaptability and accountability
- willingness to complete required company training in a timely manner
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards
- assist cashier and packline operator as needed
- ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- maintain accurate times on chicken and side dishes
- restock cabinets with fresh products
- properly discard food waste
- maintain a clean working environment inside and outside the store
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat or cook side dishes and prep for upcoming days
