Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
  • ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • strong attention to detail and safety
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and ovens
  • no driving required
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to follow company standards and procedures
  • basic computer skills such as using internet and MS Word
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • adaptability and accountability
  • willingness to complete required company training in a timely manner

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards
  • assist cashier and packline operator as needed
  • ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
  • maintain accurate times on chicken and side dishes
  • restock cabinets with fresh products
  • properly discard food waste
  • maintain a clean working environment inside and outside the store
  • wash dishes during slow periods
  • heat or cook side dishes and prep for upcoming days
