- Must be available for the whole season (April - late October)
- proven cooking experience preferred but willing to train the right individual
- ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- ability to relocate to Emigrant, MT before starting work
- ability to commute to Emigrant, MT 59027
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
- prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- cooks food items by grilling, smoking, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces throughout the shift
