Job Requirements

  • Must be available for the whole season (April - late October)
  • proven cooking experience preferred but willing to train the right individual

  • ability to relocate to Emigrant, MT before starting work
  • ability to commute to Emigrant, MT 59027

Job Duties

  • Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
  • prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • cooks food items by grilling, smoking, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
  • maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces throughout the shift
