This full-time, seasonal role as a Kitchen Cook offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where the culinary team presents a diverse array of scratch-made dishes, ranging from casual BBQ fare to fine-dining plated dinners. Job Duties

  • Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
  • prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • cooks food items by grilling, smoking, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
  • maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces throughout the shift
