- Safe food handling certification required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve palatable, nourishing, well-balanced diets to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of each resident
- Assist in dishwashing operation
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain kitchen hygiene
- Ensure compliance with safe food handling practices
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate special diets
- Monitor inventory and assist in food preparation
- Maintain records of meals served and dietary modifications
