The role of Cook at Travelodge and Penny's Diner is a vital part of HMC’s operations in Yuma, AZ. This position focuses on preparing food for both restaurant customers and banquet functions. The Cook will be responsible for ensuring high standards in food preparation and kitchen cleanliness while managing day-to-day kitchen tasks. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work PM shift
  • One year food preparation experience highly desirable
  • Must be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets
  • Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant
  • Ensures proper stocking line for menu items
  • Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs
  • Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times
  • Production of breakfast
  • Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager
