Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen

- Experience working under the supervision of a Head Chef or in a similar kitchen environment
- Formal culinary training or certification
- Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Additional language skills to support diverse kitchen teams
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food production and service
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care and manual dexterity
- Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and moving objects as needed
