Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years of culinary arts experience
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations
  • Serv Safe Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in food service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve meals for patients, visitors, and staff according to standardized recipes
  • Review menus and production sheets to plan cooking schedules
  • Ensure all meals are ready at specified times
  • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with dietary and medical staff to meet patient nutritional needs
