Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum three years of culinary arts experience
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Serv Safe Certification or equivalent preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to perform physical tasks required in food service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve meals for patients, visitors, and staff according to standardized recipes
Review menus and production sheets to plan cooking schedules
Ensure all meals are ready at specified times
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
Collaborate with dietary and medical staff to meet patient nutritional needs
