Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food preparation processes
- Food Handler certification as required by local/municipal regulations, acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Capability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Some high school
- Prefer some operations experience
- Knowledge of local/municipal food safety requirements
- Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guiding Kitchen Team and assisting with their training
- Performing all Back of House responsibilities
