We are currently seeking dedicated Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Pizza Cooks to join our team at the Lakewood, CO location. This culinary role involves crafting our made-from-scratch, mouth-watering recipes that contribute to exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Team members in these positions will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes across our menu while adhering strictly to our recipe procedures and company standards. The role requires versatility in food preparation methods and proficiency with kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens.
Candidates will benefit from a part-time or full-time schedule with a competitive pay rate, flexible hours that accommodate school or family commitments, and a supportive team environment dedicated to career growth. A limited-time bonus incentive of $300 is being offered to new cook team members who complete at least 90 days of employment at a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the hiring window open through February 1, 2024. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Must be hired during the bonus period
- Must be in good standing at the time of payout
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipe procedures
- Ensure the highest quality food is properly executed

- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
