In addition, the Cook is responsible for all back-of-house duties including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly during service periods. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy fast-paced environments and are eager for career advancement through hands-on experience and leadership growth.

Panda offers competitive compensation for this role, with wages ranging from $24.5 to $27.5 per hour. Individual pay within this range is influenced by factors such as work location and prior experience. The company’s commitment to supporting its associates is reflected in the comprehensive benefits package and the inclusive work environment, making this an exemplary choice for individuals seeking stability, growth opportunities, and a chance to impact the hospitality industry positively.
