The Cook role at Panda is a vital leadership position within the kitchen team, essential to maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance. As a Panda Cook, you will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment that demands passion, precision, and teamwork. This position offers hands-on experience in food preparation, team guidance, and back-of-house responsibilities, providing an excellent foundation for career advancement within the restaurant industry. Working at Panda means you are not just cooking food—you are creating experiences that resonate with guests and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and hospitality. In addition to preparing dishes according to strict company recipes and standards, you will mentor kitchen team members, assist with training, and support the overall kitchen operation to ensure efficiency and food safety. This role requires the ability to work under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a welcoming environment for both guests and associates. Panda offers competitive pay, flexible schedules, and numerous benefits designed to support employees’ well-being and career development.

Panda understands the demands of kitchen work—hot environments, fast-paced service, and physical requirements such as lifting and standing for extended periods—and provides training and support to help you succeed. This role also involves adherence to food safety requirements, including local certifications such as Food Handler certification. Panda Restaurant Group values its associates, offering benefits like medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401K plan with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for leadership growth.
