Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Prefer some experience in operations
  • Must acquire local or municipal food handler certification at applicant's own expense
  • Ability to work standing for long periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and noisy environments
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage conflicts

  • Performing all back of house responsibilities
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with staff to meet service goals
