Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 2 years related work experience
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food handling
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Good food preparation knowledge
  • Must be able to work varied shifts with open availability
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 2 years of related work experience
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
  • Familiarity with food handling procedures
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good working knowledge of food preparation
  • Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised

Job Duties

  • Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
  • Follow recipes and product directions for cooking various food items
  • Taste products and check production for quality
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations
  • Walk or stand for extended periods
  • Reach, bend, stoop, push and pull
  • Lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
