Job Requirements

  • sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests

Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • work closely with culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service
  • prepare menu items as assigned
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • report to the sous chef or kitchen manager
  • adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen
