Job Duties

- work closely with culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service
- prepare menu items as assigned
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- report to the sous chef or kitchen manager
- adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen
