Job Requirements

  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • must comply with all health and safety regulations
  • willingness to work full-time or part-time shifts
  • availability to work Monday through Sunday

Job Qualifications

  • experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
  • good time management skills
  • ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • follow prep/par sheets to prepare product for shift
  • accurately cook, assemble, and package customers' orders according to Hat Creek's standard operating procedures
  • follow all portion control procedures, accurately record food waste, follow proper holding and storage of all food items, ensure correct food temperature is reached and maintained
  • work in a safe and sanitary manner following all local and state requirements
  • unpack and store incoming inventory and truck orders, ensure cleanliness of your cooking area, maintain safe operation of all kitchen equipment, and report any kitchen equipment that is not working properly
