We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the roles of Prep Cook and Hot Line Cook. As a Prep Cook, you will play an essential role in assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness. Your tasks will involve helping cooks prepare menu items, managing dishwashing duties, general kitchen cleaning, and the proper storage of food and non-food items. The role requires a commitment to hygiene, organizational skills, and teamwork, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
For the Hot Line Cook position, the successful candidate will be responsible for cooking menu items accurately according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation and adhering to kitchen safety protocols are critical components of this role. The Hot Line Cook must be proficient in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively, contribute to a positive work environment, and elevate the overall dining experience for our customers.
Both positions require employees to be certified food handlers in Texas and have a solid understanding of HAACP standards to adhere to the highest food safety and sanitation regulations. Problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and strong organizational abilities are vital for success in these roles.
