Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
able to stand for extended periods
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physically able to lift and handle kitchen equipment
basic understanding of food safety practices

Job Qualifications

able to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
0-2 years of related cooking experience beneficial
strong communication skills
commitment to food safety and hygiene
ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

prepare and portion hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
follow recipes and product directions accurately
operate grill station and serve customers at an a la carte
attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
reduce food waste and maintain a clean work environment
assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
