This full-time position is based at 1910 Rosemont Drive, Suite 109, San Angelo, TX 76909, with a schedule from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, including weekdays and weekends. Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring food is at correct temperature and visually appealing
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains accurate records
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper food and supply storage
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering of food and supplies
- Reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately to supervisor
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ensures proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperature per HACCP standards
- Abides by company safety policies including use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques
