Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience as an entry-level cook or higher
  • Passion for culinary arts
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines
  • Introductory skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Adaptable interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to calculate basic math
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to lift with assistance up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership, demonstrating a united front as a team committed to providing the best possible guest experience
  • Take pride in the food you prepare for guests, adhering to thoughtfully created recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences
  • Work in an organized fashion with utmost respect for ingredients, equipment, and workspace
  • Demonstrate a professional sense of urgency while being mindful of technique to provide an amazing guest experience through food
  • Possess a basic understanding of culinary skills and strive to learn more through constant scientific study of the craft
  • Foster open lines of communication within the department by actively participating in daily line ups and quarterly culinary meetings
  • Actively participate in feedback sessions with culinary leadership to further develop skillset
  • Observe conditions of all physical facilities and equipment, reporting any substandard issues to appropriate departments
  • Maintain regular communication with culinary leadership team to ensure alignment on priorities and flexibility in responsibilities
