Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective gear and follow hygiene protocols throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook Applebee's menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support a positive work environment and teamwork
