Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification as required by local or municipal regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy kitchen environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
- Effective verbal communication skills

- Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist in inventory and food safety compliance
