Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to work in a hot and damp environment
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Possession of finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout entire shifts
  • Ability to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
  • Commitment to making a positive impact in the workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Applebee's recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Follow all safety and health protocols
