Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Learn the following positions: beef, pizza, broiler, cafe/salads & prep
  • follow recipes and food preparation processes properly such as cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping, dicing, cutting and slicing
  • maintain appropriate portion control and monitoring food levels on the line
  • prepare quality food that meets our Buona standards
  • ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
  • restock food line
  • comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
  • be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders
  • handle raw and finished waste according to established procedures
  • act with a sense of urgency with all guests, whether dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru
  • washing cookware and utensils and cleaning equipment as assigned
  • cleaning and sanitizing as needed
  • other duties as assigned
