Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching across service counters.

The position is within a company that offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour depending on location and experience, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, various disability and income protection plans, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans with company matching, paid time off, and associate discounts. Panda Restaurant Group also emphasizes career advancement through hands-on paid training, ongoing leadership development, and opportunities to grow into management roles.
