We are currently seeking a Cook/Dishwasher to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. The Cook/Dishwasher position plays a crucial role within our kitchen operations. Under the daily supervision of the General Manager, this position is responsible for preparing all food items promptly according to specified standards and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and public areas. This role demands a multitasking individual who can efficiently prepare food while simultaneously maintaining station cleanliness and handling dishwashing duties. The successful candidate will be instrumental in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by organizing station stocks, prepping dough and other ingredients for future shifts, and ensuring that floors and work areas are free from debris and spills. This position is fundamental to supporting the kitchen's workflow and overall customer satisfaction by ensuring food quality and a clean environment. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food in accordance to specifications
  • keep station stocked before, during and after shifts
  • set up stations
  • keep floors at work area free of debris and spills
  • maintain cleanliness in the work station
  • wash dishes and take trash out to the dumpster
  • prep dough and other products for upcoming shifts
