As a Cook at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play an integral role in delivering these memorable vacation memories by assisting with the preparation of high-quality meals that meet safety and quality standards. In this role, your responsibilities will extend beyond simply preparing food. You will operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare various dishes, ensuring adherence to company food safety programs and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines. This ensures that all potentially hazardous food items are cooked to proper temperatures to guarantee the health and safety of guests and staff.

The cook position also requires a keen attention to detail, as you will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized workstations, setting up and breaking down your area with the necessary tools and supplies. By following all food safety and handling policies, you contribute to an environment where guests can have confidence in the food quality and hygiene.
