The Marshes is currently seeking a full-time, talented, and hospitality-oriented Cook to join its culinary team. This role is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who thrive in environments where their creativity and personality can make a meaningful difference every day. The position offers a stable and rewarding career with hours from 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays from 10 am to 8 pm. Some holidays and evenings may also be required, ensuring flexibility for the needs of the community.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant or similar institution preferred
- Servsafe certified preferred
- Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
- Ability to work flexible hours including some holidays and evenings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant or similar institution preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet community standards
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations in food preparation areas
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create an enjoyable dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
