Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and quality service
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and move for up to 4 hours continuously
- Willingness to work in hot and damp kitchen environments
- Ability to adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment and frequent handwashing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-food or casual dining kitchen environment is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor food stock and inform management of shortages
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Participate in training and development sessions as required
