Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day to day
- Follow Wingstop operational standards and safety procedures
- Handle guest orders and inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude
- Notify the Manager of guest issues or complaints and resolve low-level concerns efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other positions when necessary
- Accurately prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Strips, and fries according to portion and cooking time standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and restaurant areas
- Ensure safe handling of food, chemicals, and fryer shortening
- Open and/or close the restaurant as assigned
- Comprehend and follow order tickets accurately
- Apply sauce, seasoning, and packaging according to Wingstop standards
