Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook wings, boneless wings, and tenders according to Wingstop standards
  • Hand-sauce and toss wings in one of 11 distinctive flavors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
