Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making an impact in the role
- Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours continuously
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings during shifts
- Ability to follow cleaning and disinfecting procedures throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Physical ability to perform job duties under demanding conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including proper handling of food and equipment
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team efforts during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Follow all company policies regarding dress code and hygiene
