Through comprehensive paid training and leadership development, employees are empowered to advance into management roles if desired. The company also recognizes the importance of giving back to the community, fostering a workplace culture where everyone feels wanted and respected.

Additionally, Panda is dedicated to creating an accessible and accommodating work environment in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The physical demands of the role include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks in a busy kitchen setting with hot and noisy conditions. Employees must be able to multitask efficiently and communicate effectively while managing changing priorities and difficult situations with professionalism. The company’s ethos of inclusion ensures equal opportunities without discrimination based on race, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics, affirming that all applicants and associates are valued members of the Panda family.
