We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cook/Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Under the daily supervision of the General Manager, this position plays a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations by preparing food items quickly and accurately to specification and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. The Cook/Dishwasher ensures that all food is prepared to our standards while supporting sanitation by cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and public spaces, as well as keeping floors dry and free of debris to meet health and safety regulations. This position requires stamina and focus, as it involves both cooking and cleaning duties essential to a smooth-running kitchen.
