  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods without support
  • ability to walk around the kitchen frequently
  • capacity to bend, stoop, and squat regularly
  • ability to push and pull equipment while cleaning
  • capability to reach above shoulder level
  • manual dexterity for gripping and handling kitchen tools
  • finger dexterity for cleaning and operating controls
  • capability to occasionally operate a dishwasher
  • ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds occasionally and frequently handle objects up to 50 pounds
  • good vision for detail work and spatial awareness
  • ability to hear and communicate effectively with other personnel
  • strong speaking skills for clear communication

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen maintenance role
  • ability to follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
  • physical stamina to meet job demands

Job Duties

  • Prepare food in accordance to specifications
  • keep station stocked before, during and after shifts
  • set up stations
  • keep floors at work area free of debris and spills
  • maintain cleanliness in the work station
  • wash dishes and take trash out to the dumpster
  • prep dough and other products for upcoming shifts
