Understanding the importance of family, our residents become an extended part of our own, creating meaningful relationships between caregivers and residents that foster trust and care beyond the conventional. Dial prides itself on being a place where employees can find purpose and fulfillment while making a tangible difference in the lives of older adults. We offer a supportive workplace where team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission that truly matters.
This part-time kitchen staff role at Dial offers the opportunity to prepare nutritious and appetizing meals tailored to meet the specific dietary needs of senior residents. The position involves not only food preparation but also maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. The employee will work closely with a caring team, ensuring that meal presentation is attractive and that dietary restrictions, such as low sodium preferences, are respected. Being a vital part of the food service team, the successful candidate will help manage inventory, report equipment issues, and collaborate to promote efficient kitchen operations. Furthermore, the role requires excellent communication skills to engage with residents, inviting their participation in food service programs and activities, and the diligence to report any concerns related to residents' well-being to supervisors. Confidentiality and professionalism are also key, as employees must handle sensitive information responsibly.
Dial values the well-being and development of its team, providing numerous employee perks and benefits, including paid time off for birthdays and anniversaries, tuition assistance, double holiday pay, and a generous referral bonus. Additional benefits include free meals during shifts, loyalty incentives, employee recognition programs, and discounts through major carriers such as Verizon and AT&T. The company supports employee financial wellness through programs like pay advances and 401(k) plans and promotes health with medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Dial is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and supported in their personal and professional growth. Joining Dial means being part of a family-oriented workplace dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors while offering competitive benefits and a positive work atmosphere.
